Chuanlang Zhan recieved his PhD in 2000 from Institute of Photograpic Chemistry, CAS. He has been a postdoc fellow in ICCAS, France nd Denmark during 2000-2006. He served as a associate professor in ICCAS, and became a professor of chemistry in 2012. His research includes molecular assembly, photovoltaic mateirals/devices, organic nonlinear optics.

Lily Chen was born in Guangdong Province. She received her MS degree at analytical chemistry from Shannxi Normal University in 2011. Then She joined Prof. Yao's group at ICCAS as a research assistant since 2011. She takes charge of the daily management and funding arrangement in the lab.
